摘要
本文详细叙述了以醋酸和醋酸钠做为原料及水作为溶剂制备双乙酸钠的方法 ,对影响产品质量及收率的诸多因素进行了研究。结果表明 ,该法具有原料价廉易得 ,操作简单和易于工业化生产的特点。
This paper described the preparation of sodium diacetate with acetate and sodium acetate as raw materials and with water as solution .Many factors of effecting on product yield and quality were described .The result showed that the preparation has advantages and the raw material is cheap and easy obtainable ,the operation is simple and easy industrilization.
