摘要
文章以成都开展统筹城乡教育一体化发展的改革措施为事实依据,以"后进跨越式"区域现代化作为理论框架,提炼归纳出成都市统筹城乡教育现代化的基本模式:"信息化、标准化、均衡化"三化联动,"权利保障机制、资源调配机制、质量监控机制"三制并重;同时,解析了该模式的核心发展理念。
Based on the reform measures taken to achieve the equal development of urban and rural education in Chengdu and from the theoretical perspective of "Latecomers' Advantage",this article refines the basic-mode of equal development of urban-rural education modernization,including "three linkagesystem":information,standardization and equalization;"three coexist-mechanism":right guarantee mechanism,resource allocation mechanism and quality monitoring mechanism".It also analyzes the development concept of this basic mode.
