摘要
我国的教育由于历史的原因,城乡之间、区域之间、校际之间出现了严重的发展不均衡问题,其中师资方面的不均衡问题尤为突出。文章重点论述了成都市温江区为了统筹城乡教师发展、均衡配置教师资源,在既有的教育均衡发展的实践基础上推动教育均衡深入进行,在教师资源配置方面进行"县管校用"的创新实践,具体剖析了"县管校用"的政策制度,阐述了支持"县管校用"的相关教育理论。
Due to historical causes,education in China boasts uneven development between urban and rural areas,different regions and schools,among which the uneven development of teachers is especially outstanding.The paper mainly discusses the overall planning of urban and rural teachers' development and the balanced allocation of teacher resources in Wenjiang.On the basis of the existing uneven development of education,in order to promote the further development of education,"job rotation" is created and implemented for the allocation of teacher resources.The thesis also analyzes the "job rotation" policy and elaborates the relevant education theories supporting this policy.
