摘要
综合实践活动课的实施要求教师转变教育角色,并采用新型的课堂教学方式。综合实践活动对教师专业发展具有积极的促进作用:对教师转变教育观念的要求提高了教师的职业理念和素养,教师自主开发综合实践活动课程资源促进教师专业发展,教学模式的非固定性促进了教师专业反思能力的发展,学科整合性和生活化特性促进教师专业合作。
The implementation of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum requires teachers to change their educational roles and use new teaching methods in class.Comprehensive practical activity curriculum plays a positive role in promoting teachers' professional development.The requirements of changing education concepts improve teachers' professional ideology and accomplishment.Teachers' independent development of comprehensive practical curriculum resources promotes teachers' professional development.Non-fixed teaching mode improves teachers' professional reflective ability.Subject integration and its combination with life also promote teachers' professional cooperation.
