摘要
生命在于运动,适量的体育运动有利于身体的健康。但是过度运动可能导致运动成瘾,运动一旦成瘾,人们就沉迷于某种运动,锻炼的时间和运动量往往"越"过自己所能承受的负荷界限,这样反而不利于健康。从生理学的视角探讨了运动成瘾的生理学机制,以及运动成瘾与健康的关系。旨在为参与体育运动爱好者正确认识运动成瘾与健康的关系,进一步推动群众体育健康知识的普及。
