摘要 研究了采用追求同一方向策略的1种新颖高处作业悬吊平台智能调平系统,提高了高处作业悬吊平台在调整精度和速度方面的性能,使平台在安全,智能自动控制中显出更高的优越性.可编程控制器(PLC)和双轴倾角传感器用于控制系统,该系统会根据高处作业悬吊平台的倾角自动更改提升机的动作,以迅速实现调平操作,并可以实现多点高处作业悬吊平台驱动±2°的准确性,调整时间少于5 s.对该系统的控制策略以及微机系统的硬件配置进行了描述.此外,还对干扰信号的影响及不同的消除颤振的时间做了评估. A novel intelligent leveling system of suspended access platform is developed using a universal strategy.By improving the performance through adjustment precision and speed,this approach can outperform other concepts in terms of safer and more intelligent automatic control.In particular,the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and dual-axis inclination sensor are employed for the control system to automatically alter the lifting actions via platform inclination angles and quickly complete leveling operations.Therefore,this system can achieve the multi-point suspended access with driving precision by ±2°and adjustment time in 5 s.In this study,the system control strategy and micro-computer hardware configuration are described.Furthermore,the disturbance signal effect and different flutter elimination time are assessed.
