摘要 起重机运行实践表明,回转速度合理与否,直接影响起重机的运行安全;为此从设计源头出发,分析吊重物体运动平稳性和整机动稳定性入手,建立回转速度与吊重偏摆角、整机倾翻力矩增量的2种数学模型,经分析与实例计算,提出了确定合理回转速度的方法,其计算值与实际值相吻合,对初步设计有指导意义. In cane operational practices,the rationality of rotary speed directly affects the crane operational safety.From the design source,the motional steadiness and dynamic stability of hoisting objects are analyzed.Accordingly,two mathematical models between rotary speed and hoisting yaw angle and between rotary speed and tilting moment increment are established.By the means of analysis and example calculation,a determination method for rational rotary speed is postulated.Therefore,it is found that,due to the alignment between calculated and actual values,this approach provides a guidance towards initialized design.
