孝亲感恩教育在新护士培训中的实践 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨孝亲感恩教育在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法对64名新护士进行集中传统文化教育及多种形式的孝亲感恩实践体验,并以问卷调查方式了解新护士对教育效果的评价。结果 95.31%的新护士认为更加理解父母,89.06%的新护士认为更加热爱护理工作,90.62%的新护士认为更加珍惜工作岗位,同时增加了新护士的人文关怀理念(92.19%)、集体荣誉感(87.50%)和包容心(95.31%),提高了社会责任感及主动服务意识(93.75%)。结论孝亲感恩教育可有效提高新护士的职业素养,增强其孝亲感恩意识及人文关怀理念。 Objective To explore the effects of filial piety and gratitude education in training program for new nurses.Methods A total of 64 new nurses received education of traditional culture and various forms of practical filial piety and gratitude experience.Afterwards,they were surveyed for the evaluation of education effects.Results The results disclosed that 95.31% nurses perceived a better understanding of their parents,89.06% of them showed more affection to nursing career,while 90.62% attached greater importance to their working post.Meanwhile,92.19% believed the education helped them develop humanistic care conception,87.50% had increased sense of team honor,95.31% had more compatibility,and 93.75% had growing sense of social responsibi-lity and consciousness of active service.Conclusion filial piety and gratitude education can effectively improve new nurses′ professionalism,help them build up consciousness of filial piety and gratitude,and humanistic care conception.
