机械通气系统效能评估指标的建立

Construction of efficiency evaluation indicators for mechanical ventilation system

目的应用Delphi法筛选机械通气系统效能评估指标。方法根据研究主题遴选25名从事危重症治疗和护理工作的咨询专家,采用Delphi法进行两轮咨询。结果两轮咨询问卷回收率分别为100%和96%;专家权威系数均为0.89;专家意见的协调系数分别为0.47和0.49,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两轮咨询后,最终确定由3个维度、14个评估指标和60条评估依据组成的机械通气效能评估指标体系。结论此研究专家代表性强,积极性高,权威程度、协调性好,最终形成的机械通气系统效能评估指标可为临床医务人员科学合理评估机械通气综合效能提供依据。

Objective To screen efficiency evaluation indicators for mechanical ventilation system through Delphi method.Methods According to our research objectives,we chose 25 experts majored in intensive care and critical nursing care to conduct two rounds consultation by using Delphi method.Results There were 100% of the issued questionnaires in the 1st round and 96% in the 2nd round successfully collected respectively.The specialist authority coefficient was 0.89.The coordination coefficients for 2 rounds were 0.47 and 0.49 respectively（P0.01 for all）.After the consultation,the efficiency evaluation indicator system of mechanical ventilation was finally formulated,containing 3 dimensions,14 evaluation indexes and 60 evaluation items.Conclusion The selected experts were highly representative,and they were enthusiastically involved in the consultation.And the system has remarkable authority and coordination;it can provide basis for clinical medical personnel in scientific and reasonable evaluation.
