急性心肌梗死患者院外压力感受的质性研究

Stress Perception among discharged patients with acute myocardial infarction: a qualitative study

目的了解急性心肌梗死患者患病后6个月内的压力感受。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对15例急性心肌梗死患者在其患病后6周、3个月及6个月分别进行深度访谈,并采用现象学分析法分析资料。结果急性心肌梗死患者出院后6个月内压力感受表现为对疾病的忧虑、生活习惯的改变、人际关系的重建。结论急性心肌梗死患者恢复期间会出现不同程度的心理压力,护理人员应根据患者的压力感受和压力来源,采取有效措施缓解其负性情绪,以促进其心身康复。

Objective To explore the stress perception among patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） after being discharged from hospital.Methods Utilizing the phenomenology method of qualitative study,we interviewed 15 AMI patients 6 weeks,three months and six months respectively after the onset of the disease.Phenomenology analysis method was used in data analysising.Results The stress perceived by AMI patients after discharge were manifested as follows：worry of the disease,alteration of living ha-bits and reconstruction of interpersonal relationships.Conclusion Discharged AMI patients may experience different levels of psychological stress during convalescence.Nurses should take patients′ stress experience and inducing factors into consideration,and adopt effective measures to relieve their negative emotions,so as to promote their physical and psychological rehabilitation.
