侧头训练联合手法复位治疗难治性良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的护理

Nursing care of refractory benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients receiving left to right head-turning practice and particle repositioning maneuver

目的探讨侧头训练联合手法复位对难治性良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的治疗效果及护理方法。方法对53例难治性后半规管BPPV患者在侧头训练后再行颗粒手法复位(PRM)治疗,并给予系统护理。结果在侧头训练后,36例经1次、11例经2次、3例经3次、3例经4次PRM后眩晕症状均消失。结论难治性BPPV可在侧头训练后再行手法复位治疗,针对性护理有利于治疗的顺利进行。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the left to right head-turning practice and particle repositioning maneuver（PRM） on refractory BPPV patients,and to explore corresponding nursing interventions.Methods Totally,53 cases with intractable posterior semicircular canal BPPV were treated with the left to right head-turning practice and the following PRM.Meanwhile,the systemic nursing service were adopted to these patients.Results With left to right head-turning practice,all of the cases presented relieved dizzy symptoms after 1-4 times of PRM.Conclusion Patients with intractable BPPV could be successfully treated with head-turning practice and PRM.And the effect was facilitated by individualized nursing care.
