Risk factors and nursing interventions of neonatal acquired subglottic stenosis

摘要 阐述近年来新生儿获得性声门下狭窄在病理改变、危险因素及护理干预等方面的研究进展,其危险因素包括患儿胎龄、出生体质量等生理因素和所有造成声门下气道黏膜损伤的医源性物理因素,对接受气管内插管的新生儿在插管前后依据其危险因素进行针对性护理干预可防范新生儿获得性声门下狭窄。
