烟草遗传标记研究进展

Advances on Genetic Marker Tagging in Tobacco

遗传标记主要包括形态学标记、细胞学标记、生物化学标记和分子标记。分别对这4种遗传标记技术在烟草上的应用进展进行了综述,并对当前烟草领域遗传标记研究存在的问题及对策进行了分析和探讨。遗传标记将为烟草品种鉴定、亲缘关系、连锁图谱构建、分子标记辅助育种等方面的研究提供有效的方法和手段,有着广阔的前景。

Genetic markers mainly contain four forms： morphological markers,cytological markers,biochemical markers and molecular markers.In this paper the applications of these four genetic markers in tobacco were summarized.The present problems and suggestions on tobacco genetic markers tagging were pointed out.The tagging would provide the most effective methods and means for the studies on tobacco from the aspects of variety identification,genetic relationship identification,construction of genetic linkage map,marker assistant breeding.
