摘要
研究了两种微藻液消光系数的波长分布特征。经分析发现,色素吸收消光占总消光的比例各个波长下均小于1/4。藻体颗粒大小是藻液比消光系数的重要决定因素。利用这一特性可以监测单细胞藻的同步生长。文中指出:当入射光强相同,且在相同几何尺寸的光生物反应器中培养微藻,藻体半径越大,藻液的比消光系数越小藻液的平均光强越高。
The extinction spectra of two species of microalgae suspension were inspected. It was shown from experiments that both the ratios of photosynthesis pigments absorbing extinction to total extinction at various wave length are less than 1/4. The specific extinction constant of microalga suspension was determined by radius of the cells. This phenomenon could be used to monitor the synchronous growth of single-cell microalgae. A new concept called specific alga-biomass extinction rate was proposed. It was pointed out that the larger the radius of microalga particles, the smaller the specific extinction constant of the microalga, and the higher the mean light intensity when cultured under the same incident light intensity in photobioreactors of the same geometry.
