摘要
目的探讨不同运动负荷对大鼠海马神经c-fos表达的影响机制。方法将40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和每天进行15 mins、30 mins、60 mins的小、中、大负荷游泳训练的实验组。实验8周后,利用S-P免疫组化法,检测海马神经c-fos的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,中、大运动负荷组均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);与小强度负荷组比,中、大运动负荷组具有显著性和非常显著性的差异(P<0.05和P<0.01);大强度负荷组显著高于中等强度负荷组(P<0.05)。结论脑海马神经c-fos表达水平,随着运动负荷的增加而显著表达。
Objective Explore the influence of different exercise load on the express of Rat hippocampal neurons c-fos.Methods Put forty Wistar male hippocampal neurons into control group,and experimental groups which take the small,middle and large swimming training load for 15 mins、30 mins and 60 mins everyday.After 8 weeks of experiment,use S-P immunohistochemistry to detect the expression level of hippocampal neurons.Results Compare with the control group,the middle and large experimental exercise load groups have highly significant difference(P0.01).The middle and large experimental exercise load groups have significant difference and highly significant difference(P0.05和P0.01)compare with the small experimental exercise load group;The large experimental exercise load groups significantly higher than the middle group(P0.05).Conclusion The expression level of brain hippocampal neurons c-fos expresses significantly with the increasing of exercise load.
