阿托伐他汀对大鼠冠状动脉微栓塞后心肌细胞凋亡及caspase-8活化的影响及意义
摘要
冠状动脉微栓塞（Coronary Microembolization CME）是急性冠脉综合征斑块破裂和桥血管介入治疗过程中常见的并发症,其发生率为15%-20%,在大隐静脉移植血管的PCI术中甚至高达30%-45%。CME发生后引起短暂＂无血流＂或＂慢血流＂,是急性心肌梗死患者远期预后不良的独立预测因素［3]。
