我国新能源汽车产业发展及其困境摆脱的探讨

Research into industrial development of the new energy automobile industry and its relief of hardships

新能源汽车是全球汽车行业升级转型的方向。我国政府频频出台支持政策,力挺新能源汽车产业发展。目前,我国新能源汽车产业仍面临着许多不容忽视的问题:核心技术方面还缺乏竞争力,关键技术瓶颈凸显;基础配套设施不够完善;价格普遍偏高,市场推广有一定难度;技术标准不完善,不统一;科研投入与人力资源不足等。因此,为促进我国新能源汽车产业的健康、快速发展,需坚持传统汽车和新能源汽车"两条腿走路"的方针;加快核心部件的技术研发力度,尽快掌握核心技术;促进新能源整车和零部件协调发展;尽快建立统一的技术标准,完善检测标准与手段;完善与新能源汽车发展相适应的基础配套设施;培育国内消费市场,提高消费者成熟度等。新能源汽车产业承载着我国汽车工业"弯道超车"的历史使命,因此,政府仍需加大力度营造适合新能源汽车成长的环境,不断完善相关法规政策,使我国的新能源汽车发展之路"天堑变通途"。

New energy automolile is the direction of transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry.Policies are enacted to support the development of the auto industry.There are problems can＇t be neglected in our country： the core technology lacks of competition;infrastructural equipment is not perfect;high price makes market expansion hard;technical standard is definite;research input and human resources are insufficient.In order to promote the sound and rapid development of automobile industry,the following aspects should be paid attention to： hold on the policy ＂walking on two legs＂ about the conventional automobile and new energy automobile;enlarge development strength and master core technology quickly;achieve balanced development between entire car and spare parts of car;build uniform technical standard to improve standard;perfect the infrastructural equipment;foster and expand consumption demand and improve the maturity of consumer.As new energy automobile industry is laden with historical mission of ＂overtake another car on a bend＂,the government should construct a suitable environment and optimize the policies to make sure the development of new energy automobile industry smooth.
