摘要
从接纳生活污水河道的水体和污泥中富集筛选出1株对氨氮降解率相对较高的菌株A6(水),并研究了环境因素对该菌株降解氨氮能力的影响.结果表明,在pH值7.5、温度30℃、废水氨氮质量浓度200 mg/L时,对氨氮的去除效果较好,氨氮降解率达到67.17%.
The strain A6 with relatively high ammonia nitrogen degradation rate is obtained by ammonium sulfate gradient concentratied flask-screening and plate-screening from acceptant domestic sewage channel water and sludge.Influence of environmental factors on the degradation of ammonia nitrogen of the strain A6 was researched.The results show that the optimal pH,temperature and ammonia nitrogen concentration of wastewater were pH7.5,30℃,and 200 mg/L respectively.Under such conditions.the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen is better.
