降解焦化废水优势菌的筛选及其特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 在焦化废水处理站附近的泥土中,驯化和筛选出适应高浓度焦化废水的优势降解菌.通过比较菌株在含不同体积浓度焦化废水的培养基中生长情况,筛选出耐受焦化废水毒性的优势菌株,并进一步驯化.对驯化出的菌株以焦化废水COD降解率进行筛选,并分离纯化,考察培养条件对其降解率的影响.实验结果表明,泥土中筛选出的优势菌株在35℃,pH为9,接种量在1:50的情况下生长最佳;其对焦化废水COD降解率比活性污泥筛选出的菌株提高了25%以上. Originated from the soil near by coking wastewater treatment station,demestricated and screened processing of strains which can grow well in coking wastewater medium.Compared the growth of bacterial strians at different concentrations of coking wastewater medium,screened advantage strains, then further domesticated.Determined the coking wastewater COD degradation rate of the strains after demestricated,picked out the strains with high degradation rat and purified them,investigated the influence of different culture conditions on COD degradation rate.The experimented results shows that, when the temperature is 35℃,pH value is 9,dosing quantity is 1:50,the strains screened from the soil grow best;the degradation rate is improved 25%than which screened from primary activated sludge.
