摘要
利用UC3846高性能电流模式PWM芯片,研制了一种供消防车控制系统使用的DC/DC隔离电源.该隔离电源的输入端由蓄电池DC24 V供电,采用推挽正激式拓扑结构,实现24 V的直流输出.分析其电路的工作原理,并给出了隔离电源的实验波形.该电源已在安徽明光浩淼公司生产的消防车上使用,它具有瞬态响应快、稳定性好、隔离效果强等优点,能够很好地满足消防车控制系统的供电需求.
A DC/DC isolated power supply for the fire control system is developed by using the high performance current mode PWM chip UC3846.The input of the isolated power supply is driven by a DC 24 V battery.The push-pull forward topology is used in the power system to realize 24 V DC output.A patr form a detailed explanation of the new power system,experimental results were presented.It shows that the isolated power system can achieve superior performance with fast transient response,good stability, and strong isolation,which can satisfy the power needs of fire control systems.
