摘要
实行职业教育与职业资格证书相结合的教育制度,使学历证书和职业资格证书并重且互通,是职业教育自身的特性和实现培养目标的要求,是贯彻"以就业为导向"的办学理念、提高毕业生就业率的重要手段和措施。但是,目前职业资格证书教育却存在很多问题。所以,我们必须借鉴国外的先进经验,重视职业资格证书的实用性,加强双证的融合,淘汰含金量不高的证书,提高其社会认可度,并采取措施和国际接轨,以提高我国职业资格证书教育的有效性。
This essay states the problems currently existing in Chinese Qualification Certificate for Vocational Education（QCVE）,analyses the pros and cons of QCVE,and describes the difference between QCVE in China and the QCVE in developed countries.The study depicts the future development of QCVE and shows the practicability of QCVE should be emphasized in China.
