对高校开展创业教育的思考

On the entrepreneurship education in universities

高校开展创业教育符合高等教育改革和发展的大趋势,有利于缓解当前大学生的就业压力,甚至可以吸收更多的劳动力实现就业。但是,我国现有的教育体系缺乏对学生实施创业的创新精神和技能的培养。通过建设合理、科学的创业教育课程体系和非课程体系,组织培养优秀的创业教育师资,创建大学生创业服务体系,有效推动我国高校创业教育的发展。

Entrepreneurship education is in line with the trend of higher education development,which can help to ease the employment pressure on current students,and even absorb more workforce in employment.However,the existing educational system in our country is lack of innovation and entrepreneurship skills training.To promote entrepreneurship education in our province,firstly,we need to build a reasonable and scientific system of entrepreneurship education programs and non-curriculum system;Secondly,we need to train teachers of entrepreneurship education;Thirdly,we also need to construct the self-employment service system.
