民办高职院校新生心理健康状况的调查研究——以合肥财经职业学院2009级新生为例

An investegation on the status of mental health of freshmen in private vocational colleges——Take freshmen in 2009 in Hefei institute of finance and economics as an example

为了了解民办高职院校新生的心理健康状况,文章采用UPI对合肥财经职业学院2009级全体新生进行了调查。结果显示民办高职院校新生的心理健康状况总体良好,但仍存在着适应能力差、缺乏自信心、人际关系敏感、情绪情感不稳定等原因。为此,文章对高职新生心理问题的产生原因进行了分析,并相应提出了有关加强高职学生心理健康教育工作和心理咨询工作的对策与建议。

In order to understand the psychological status of freshmen in private colleges,the paper adopted UPI to survey all freshmen in 2009 in Hefei Institute of Finance.The results showed： the freshmen generally have a good mental health status with some problems such as the lack of adaptability,the shortage of confidentce,weak interpersonal relationship,unstable emotion,and so on.The paper also analyzed the reasons of these problems,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen mental health education and psychological counseling in vocational students.
