随着改革开放进程的不断加快,我国城市化、城镇化进程不断发展,农民工特别是新生代农民工越来越成为我们关注的热点和焦点,新生代农民工对于促进我国城市化、城镇化的发展,促进经济社会不断进步具有重要影响。同时也对解决我国"三农"问题具有重大现实意义。新生代农民工是具有农村户口身份和在城市从事工人工作的特殊群体,他们在城市务工的现实生活中遭到不平等的待遇,他们的合法权益受到严重侵害,我们有必要去了解和认识新生代农民工的发展现状,也更有必要提出相应的对策。

As the step of the reform and openness is faster and faster, the urbanization of our country develops rapidly. Meanwhile, agriculture laborers, especially the cainozoic of the agriculture laborer comes into our eyes, and they become in focus. The cainozoic of the agriculture laborers has a strong influence in improving the level of the urbanization and the whole society＇s development. Moreover, this phenomenon does good to settle the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area. The cainozoic of the agriculture laborers is a special group who has a registered permanent residence in the country but work in the city. They come across inequities and discrimination in the real life, and their legitimate rights meet serious violations. There＇s a need to know and to learn about their present situation for us, indeed. Therefore, it＇s really necessary to put forward to the corresponding countermeasures about this problem.
