摘要
干部教育培训考核激励机制贯穿于教师教学、干部学习、干部所在单位促学、教育培训机构办学的干部教育培训整个环节。以干部学习培训为主干的干部教育培训考核激励探索创新,取得了明显的实践效果,但是运行有效的干部教育培训考核激励机制远未建立,不仅机制内的要素发展失衡,而且各要素之间缺乏有机衔接。科学构建干部教育培训考核激励机制是当期干部教育培训工作当务之急。
Assessment mechanism to encourage cadres education and training is through teaching , learning of the cadres, cadres unit to the promotion of learning and cadres educational training institutions running schools well in the whole link. The exploration and innovation in assessment mechanism to encourage cadres education and training, which achieved practical effect, has deficiencies of not establishing the effective operation assessment mechanism to encourage cadres training. Not only mechanism within the essence of development is far from harmony between the various elements, and not enough to meet. To build a science assessment mechanism to encourage and cadres training is the work of the primary task.
