摘要 干部教育是我们党的一项传统,干部教育培训在发挥积极作用的同时,也还存在一些问题,在欠发达地区表现的尤为突出。如何针对这些问题,结合欠发达地区经济社会发展实际,提出加强和改进干部教育工作的对策建议,为欠发达地区实行跨越式发展具有十分重大的现实意义。 Cadre' s education and training is one of the party's traditions.Once played a huge role in the party's history. At the present times, our party attaches great importance to the cadre' s education continually. The cadre' s quality and ability plays a very important role to a local economic and social development. Playing an active role, cadres education and training still exists some problems, and the problems behave particularly outstanding in underdeveloped regions economic and social development practice, how to put forward to countermeasures and suggests to strengthen and improve cadres' education and training has a very important practical significance for leap-forward development of underdeveloped regions.
