浅谈锆基色料合成过程中矿化剂的作用机理

A Discussion on the Mechanism of Mineralizers in the Synthesis of Zirconium-Based Ceramic Pigments

本文依据化学反应动力学原理探讨矿化剂在锆基色料合成过程中的作用机理。认为矿化剂所起的作用主要是由于形成了活泼的反应基和降低了反应的活化能。从而使合成反应温度下降，色料的呈色性能得到改善。

According to chemical reaction dynamics principle,the mechanism of mineralizers in zirconium-based ceramic pigments has been investigated.It was considered that forming active reactant and depressing activating energy were the main actions of mineralizers,which lead to the lower temperature of reaction and the better colorrevealing property of pigments.
