低温烧成碱渣釉面砖的研究

Research of Low Fired Interior Wall Tile from Solid Waste of Soda Factory

利用天津碱厂的碱渣和其它原料试制石灰石质釉面砖。利用Ｘ－ ｒａｙ 分析了素坯的物相组成，讨论了烧结过程中的化学反应，测试了收缩率、吸水率和抗折强度等物理性能。制得了符合国家标准要求的低成本釉面砖。

Calcareous interior wall tiles were prepared from solid waste of Tianjin Soda Factory and other raw materials.The phase composition of biscuits was analyzed by X-ray,the chemical reactions during firing were discussed and the physical properties of biscuits and glazed tiles were measured.Tiles conforming to the National Standard were prepared.
