芪升合剂对S180荷瘤小鼠化疗的减毒增效研究

Anti-tumor Effect of Qishengheji and Its Influence on Myelosuppression Caused by Chemotherapy in S180 Tumor-bearing Mice

目的观察芪升合剂对S180荷瘤小鼠化疗所致骨髓抑制的干预作用。方法将60只小鼠随机分成正常对照组、荷瘤对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组及芪升合剂高、中、低剂量。除正常对照组外,其余各组将S180瘤细胞接种于小鼠右前肢腋窝皮下。各给药组于接种后第1日分别灌胃相应药物,连续给药10 d;接种第4日各给药组分别腹腔注射CTX,连续3 d;正常对照组和荷瘤对照组予生理盐水灌胃。观察各组外周血常规、瘤质量、抑瘤率。结果芪升合剂可明显提高S180荷瘤小鼠化疗后白细胞数量,与CTX组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CTX组、芪升合剂各剂量组血小板计数明显降低,与荷瘤对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。荷瘤对照组肿瘤生长迅速,CTX组、芪升合剂各剂量组瘤质量明显小于荷瘤对照组(P<0.01);与CTX组瘤质量相比,中剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CTX对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长有明显抑制作用,其抑瘤率达49.69%,联合芪升合剂后,高、中、低剂量抑瘤率可达60.55%、72.11%、64.48%。结论芪升合剂对S180荷瘤小鼠的化疗具有增效减毒作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Qishengheji on myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy in S180 tumor-bearing mice.Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups,including normal control group,S180 control group,Cyclophosphamide（CTX） group,and high,medium and low dose of Qishengheji group.All mice except normal control group were vaccinated with S180 cells in armit of the right forearm,and administrated with corresponding drugs for 10 days.The administration groups were injected CTX intraperitoneally at 4th day after vaccination for 3 days.The normal control group and S180 control group were given NS.The peripheral blood routine,the inhibiting tumor rate and the weight of tumor were examined.Result Qishengheji improved the peripheral white blood cell（WBC） of S180 tumor-bearing mice with chemotherapy,the difference was significant compared with CTX group（P0.01）.PLT was lower in CTX group and Qishengheji groups than that in S180 control group（P0.01）.The tumor grew rapidly in S180 control group,and the weight of tumor in each dose of Qishengheji group and CTX group was lower than S180 control group（P0.01）.There was significant difference between CTX group and medium dose of Qishegheji group（P0.01）.CTX inhibited the growth of tumor,and the tumor inhibition rate was 49.69%.The tumor inhibition rate of high,medium and low dose of Qishengheji group combined with CTX was 60.55%,72.11% and 64.48%,respectively.Conclusion Qishengheji can enhance the efficacy and reduce the side effect of chemotherapy in S180 tumor-bearing mice.
