摘要
目的:建立了骨肽注射液中磷含量的测定方法,并进行了方法学验证。方法:该方法采用钼蓝分光光度法,将样品用硫酸、高氯酸及硝酸消化,冷却后,加入显色试剂,用紫外可见分光光度计在波长820 nm处测定吸收值。结果:线性范围为0~34μg;相关系数R为0.9993;平均回收率为97.8%。结论:采用本法检测骨肽注射液中磷的含量,方法灵敏、准确、可靠。
Objective:The method for determination of phosphorus in Ossotide Injection was established,and the verification methodology was carried out.Methods:The method adopts molybdenum blue spectrophotometry to firstly digest the sample with sulfuric acid,perchloric acid and nitric acid,then after cooling,add the color reagent,and finally,measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 820 nm by UV/Vis spectrophotometer.Results:The linear range of phosphorus was 0~34μg,(R=0.9993);The average recovery was 97.8%.Conclusion:This method was found to be sensitive and accurate and useful in control the content of phosphorus in Ossotide Injection.
