摘要
目的:建立一种科学的碳酸氢钠滴耳液的含量测定方法。方法:使用专属性较强的"双指示剂法"测定碳酸氢钠滴耳液中碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠的含量。结果:碳酸氢钠浓度在39.12μg/m l^782.4μg/m l范围内,与消耗盐酸滴定液体积呈良好线性(r=1.0000)。平均回收率为99.90%,RSD为0.1%。结论:本法简便,快速,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以分别准确测定出氢氧化钠滴耳液中碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠的含量,同时可作为控制本品中碳酸钠杂质量的检查方法。
Objective:To establish a scientific method of determination of the content of sodium Bicarbonate Ear Drops.Methods:Determination of the content of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate in the Sodium Bicarbonate Ear Drops by double-tracer technique of better specificity.Results:The volume of the hydrochloric acid volumetric solution was linear between 10.02~200.4mg(r=1.0000).The average recoveries of the method was 99.72% and RSD 0.75%.Conclusion:This method to determine the content of the sodium Bicarbonate Ear Drops by double-tracer technique is simple,fast and accurate,at the same time,the method can be used to detect the content of sodium carbonate in ear drops as foreign matter.
