摘要
目的:建立阿苯达唑颗粒含量的高效液相测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Waters C18柱(4.6mmx150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇一水(75:25),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为295nm,柱温为30℃。结果:阿苯达唑在1-20μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0),平均加样回收率为100.1%(n=5),RSD为0.21%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,与标准法比较,结果较为满意,可用于阿苯达唑颗粒的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining of Albendazole Granules.Methods:Waters CI8 column(4.6 mm x 150 mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water(80:20)at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min,the detection wavelength was 295 nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃.Results:The calibration curve of Albendazole was linear in the range of 1-20μg/ml,r=1.0.the average recovery rate Was 100.1% with a RSD of 0.21%(n =5).Conclusion:This method is accurate,realiable and can be used for the of determining Albendazole Granules.
