高效液相色谱法测定布洛芬原料中布洛芬的含量

Determination of Ibuprofen Content in Ibuprofen Raw Materials by HPLC

目的:探讨测定布洛芬原料中布洛芬的含量新方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。流动相1%氯乙酸溶液(用氨试液调节pH值至3.0)-乙腈(48:52)。检测波长254nm,流速为1.0ml.min-1。结果:平均回收率98.1%,RSD为0.8%。结论:高效液相色谱法可用于布洛芬原料中布洛芬含量的测定。

Objective：To explore a new method of determination of the content of ibuprofen in ibuprofen raw materials.Methods：Used High performance liquid chromatographic（HPLC） method,mobile phase 1% chloroacetic acid in acetonitrile（48：52）,adjust the pH to 3.0 by Ammonia solution.Fixed-wavelength detector,254 nm.Flowrate：1.0ml·min-1.Results：the average recovery was 98.1%,RSD was 0.8%.Conclusion：HPLC method is more sensitive in the detection of ibuprofen content in ibuprofen raw materials.
