摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法精制冠心颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法:hypersil NH2色谱柱(5μm 4.6mm×150mm));甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;紫外检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药苷线性范围为1.006μg^10.06μg,回归方程:Y=6715203.21X+25035.10(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.68%,RSD=0.70%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于精制冠心颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Jingzhiguanxin Granules.Methods:Using Phypersil NH2 column(5μm,4.6mm×150mm);mobile phase was methanol-water(25:75);flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1;detective wavelength was 230nm.Results:The liner range of the detemaination is 1.006-10.06μg,(r = 0.999 8),the average recovery was 98.68 %,RSD%=0.70%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,reproducible and can be used for quality control of Jingzhiguanxin Granules.
