Determination of Eleutheroside E in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule by HPLC

目的：建立了刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中刺五加苷E的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定,使用Diamonsil C18（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相：0.1%冰乙酸？乙腈（86：14）,流速：1.0ml/min,检测波长：210nm。结果：刺五加苷E在20.02~160.16μg/ml范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.2%（n=6）。结论：该法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可用于刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中异嗪皮啶的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Eleutheroside E in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule.Methods： The HPLC method was used at a Diamonsil C18 column as analytical column,with the mobile phase of water containing 0.1% acetic acid-acetonitrile（86：14）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 210nm.Results：The concentration of Eleutheroside E was linearly related to its peak area in the range of reference substance of was 20.02～160.16μg/ml（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.28%（RSD=1.2%（n=6））.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and the results are stable with good reproducibility,so it can be used for the quality control of Eleutheroside E in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule.
