Test on Liyanling Tablets Manufacture Technique

目的:优化利咽灵片生产工艺。方法:对药材粉碎工艺、赋形剂的选择、湿颗粒干燥温度、薄荷油喷入量进行了考察。结果:确定工艺为药材粉碎成细粉,过100目筛,混匀,糖粉8g配成10%的糖浆,制成软材,20目筛制成颗粒,干燥,20目整粒,薄荷油喷入量不超过4%(m l/g),压片。结论:该工艺可行,参数合理,易操作,完全符合利咽灵片生产的要求。

Objective：To optimize the manufacture technique of Liyanling tablets.Methods：To test the comminution technique,the choice of accessories,the drying temperature of granule,the quantity of pennyroyal.Results：To make sure the technique：the medicinal materials comminute,sifting 100 mesh,mixing the fines,adding the sirup（10%） into and making into softwood,sifting 20 mesh,drying the granule,the quantity of pennyroyal under 4%（ml/g）,tabletting the granule.Conclusion：The parameter of this technique is easy to work and accord with manufacture of tablets.
