摘要
相对业绩评价不仅是业绩评价研究领域的一个重要课题,而且在国外企业实务中得到了广泛应用,然而在我国尚未有经验研究全面考察相对业绩评价的应用状况、使用后果和具体特征。本文对这些问题进行了问卷调查,研究表明在我国相对业绩评价广泛存在并在激励制度设计中具有重要性,相对业绩评价的使用具有积极后果,相对业绩评价系统设计有着我国企业自身的特点。
Relative performance evaluation is not only an important topic in the research of performance evaluation,but also has been widely used in the practice of foreign enterprises.However,in China,there is no empirical study on the application,consequences and specific characteristics of relative performance evaluation.This paper makes a questionnaire investigation to explain these problems.Analysis shows that,in China,the relative performance evaluation has been widely applied,its use has positive consequences,and the system design of relative performance evaluation in Chinese enterprises own characteristics.
