基于SWOT分析的印度经济特区发展研究

SWOT Analysis Based on India′s Special Economic Zone Development

早在20世纪60年代,印度就开始建设经济特区,但一直发展缓慢,在21世纪初以后进入快速发展阶段。通过采取SWOT分析模型,本文对印度经济特区发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,认为印度经济特区发展还处在较低的水平,印度应采取适合本国的经济特区发展战略,选择几个发展较好的特区进行重点扶植,积极推广提高外资引进的质量和水平,进一步完善政策环境,营造服务环境,健全法制环境,建立有力的经济特区人才保障体系。

India began building special economic zones as early as 1960s.The special economic zones developed slowly,but has gotten into the rapid development stage since 2006.Analysis of India′s Special Economic Zone ′s Development on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats through SWOT analysis model,we can draw the conclusion that the development of economic zones in India is still at a low development stage,and should be taken for its special economic zone development strategy： focusing on fostering the development of a few special economic zones whose foundation for development are good,promoting to improve the quality and level of foreign investment actively,further improving the policy environment,creating a service environment and a sound legal environment,and establishing strong talents security system of special economic zones.
