To Improve New Reserve System of Grain Safety in China

构建了国家粮食安全系统框图,提出了健全由中央储备、地方储备和农村储备组成的新型粮食储备体系,描绘了确保我国粮食安全的耕地、总产和储备3条约束红线。

The block diagram of national grain safety was drawn,the new system of national grain reserves,including the central grain reserve,local grain reserve and rural grain reserve was proposed,and 3 red bounds of cultivated field,total output and grain reserve were described.
