摘要
研制了适于加工UHMWPE管材、棒材及异型材等制品的柱塞式挤出机。实践表明该挤出机具有较高的挤出加工能力,可以生产φ15～φ400 mm、壁厚2～25mm的管材及其它制品,生产效率大大超过了传统的模压烧结法。
The plunger extruder is developed for suiting to process UHMWPE pipes, rods and profiles, etc. Practice indicates that the extruder has high processing ability, is able to produce 015 ~ 0400 mm pipes with wall thickness of 2 - 25 mm and it's productive efficiency exceeds greatly the traditional molding technologies.
