足三里、三阴交注射疏血通对糖尿病大鼠的影响

The Effects of Injecting Shuxuetong into Acupoints of Zusanli and Sanyinjiao in Diabetic Rats

目的在服用降糖药的基础上,对糖尿病大鼠分别在足三里、三阴交注射疏血通注射液,观测糖尿病大鼠的血糖、胰岛β细胞、血管内皮细胞(VEC)变化。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、优降糖治疗组、疏血通+优降糖治疗组。分别给予相应治疗和处理后,第15日检测血糖、观察胰岛β细胞的形态及其变化、胸主动脉VEC的形态结构变化、一氧化氮合酶检测。结果疏血通+优降糖治疗组血糖下降、胰岛β细胞的形态数量、血管内皮细胞形态功能显著优于模型组和优降糖组。结论在服用降糖药的基础上,足三里、三阴交注射疏血通注射液,能加强降低血糖,保护胰岛β细胞和VEC。

Objective To study the changes of the blood sugar,pancreatic β-cell,VEC by injecting Shuxuetong into Zusanli and Sanyinjiao.Methords The Wistar rats were randomized into blank control group,model control group,glibenclamide treatment group,Shuxuetong ＋glibenclamide treatment group.Their blood sugar,beta cells of islets and NOS of VEC were detected at 15 days after relevant treatments.Results The Shuxuetong＋glibenclamide treatment group was observed decline in blood sugar,and the morphology and cell count of beta cells of islet,the morphology and function of VEC were observed significantly superior to that of model control group and glibenclamide treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of antidiabetic drugs plus injecting Shuxuetong injection into Zusanli and Sanyinjiao acupoints can enhance lowering blood sugar,protecting beta cells of islet and VEC.
