化学气相传输法分离稀土混合氧化物Sm_2O_3-Eu_2O_3-Gd_2O_3

摘要 以AlCl3 为络合物配体, 研究Sm2O3Eu2O3Gd2O3 的分离特性。结果表明, 其传输能力为:Sm ≈Gd> Eu, 氯化物主要在980 ~1100 K 沉积。不同温区的最大分离系数分别为: βEu/Sm;1200 K= 1-70 ,βEu/Gd;1300 K= 1-88 , βSm/Gd;1300 K = 1-24 , β′Sm/Eu;850 ~880 K= 2-76 , β′Gd/Eu;880~900 K = 2-83 , β′Gd/Sm;800 K=1-12 , 高于传统的湿法分离系数。 Separation characteristics of neighboring rare earths from the ternary oxide mixtures Sm 2O 3 Eu 2O 3 Gd 2O 3 were investigated using the chemical vapor transportation method mediated AlCl 3 as a complex ligand. Transport amount of elements is in the order of Sm≈Gd>Eu and the major amounts of chlorides of Sm, Eu and Gd are deposited in the middle temperature range of 980~1100 K. The largest separation factors in different temperature ranges, which are expressed as molar ratio for the resulting chlorides, are β Eu/Sm; 1200 K =1 70, β Eu/Gd; 1300 K =1 88, β Sm/Gd; 1300 K =1 24, β′ Sm/Eu; 850~880 K =2 76, β′ Gd/Eu; 880~900 K =2 83, β′ Gd/Sm; 800 K =1 12, which are much higher than those of the conventional wet process.
