1294名婴儿抚养方式及其影响因素调查

The Research of Parenting and Related Factors of 1294 Babies

目的:了解本地区城乡结合区域6个月内婴儿抚养方式及其影响因素。方法:根据6个月内婴儿特点,自编调查表,经预调查修正后,由儿保人员在保健门诊工作中进行调查。结果:通过对1294名6个月婴儿的抚养方式调查,发现本地区城乡结合区域46.52%的6个月内婴儿为父母抚养,28.21%为全家抚养,24.19%为隔代抚养,1.08%为保姆抚养,其中2.47%的婴儿从新生儿期开始隔代抚养。本地户口6个月内婴儿以全家抚养和隔代抚养为主,外地户口婴儿以父母抚养为主。母亲年龄轻、文化程度低者多选择自己抚养婴儿,母亲年龄大、文化程度高、就业机会多者主要依赖祖辈抚养婴儿。结论:婴儿早期若非主要由父母抚养,会影响母婴安全依恋关系的建立,不利于婴儿健康成长。

Objective：To study the parenting and related influencing factors of the local babies within six months.Method： According to the characteristic and special feature of the baby within six months,author design the questionnaire and do a survey in outpatient service by pediatricians.Result： From the useful data of our collecting of 1294 babies,author analyzed the ways to bring up children and finds that 46.52% babies are raised by their parents;28.21% babies are raised by the whole family;24.19% babies are raised by their grandparents;1.08% raised by nurses.The most babies with local registered residence are raised by grandparents or whole families,and babies without local registered residence are mostly raised by their parents.Younger and low-literacy mothers mostly raise their baby by themselves,older or well-educated mothers are more likely to ask the grandparents＇ help.Conclusion： Lack of concern from parents influences the sound relations between infants and mothers,and will be not propitious for infants＇ growth.
