医疗机构药品使用监管透明度分析

Analysis on Regulatory Transparency of Medicine Ultilization in Medical Institutions

目的:从政策法规层面探讨我国医疗机构药品使用监管透明度存在的相关问题。方法:收集我国现行的、与药品使用关联大的医药卫生监管政策与法规,并从法律法规层面综合分析我国目前医药卫生监管透明度的现状。结果:监管政策与法规透明度在及时性与方便性方面较不符合要求,需进一步完善相关法规条例。结论:应建立健全我国医药卫生的相关监管政策,并开展相关基础研究,以提高医药卫生监管过程中的透明度。

Objective：To explore problems about regulatory transparency of medication in China based on policies and regulations.Me-thods：According to policies and regulations research method,the status of regulatory transparency of medicine and health were analyzed.Re-sult：The regulatory transparency in the policies and regulations cannot meet the requirement of timeliness and convenience.Conclusion：It is necessary to improve the policies and regulations of the medicine and health in China and to carry out related basic research to enhance the transparency in the process of regulation.
