摘要
目的:了解医院不同管理岗位的素质培养需求,为《医院管理学》课程教学的改进提供依据。方法:抽取卫生事业管理专业56名学生和84名医院管理者进行调查,了解他们对医院不同管理岗位素质要求的认识,用EpiData进行数据录入用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果:医院的不同管理岗位,因工作性质的不同,对工作人员的素质要求也不同。目前我院的教学被认为与实际工作结合程度不够,需要加强课程体系及培养模式的改革。建议:针对不同岗位素质需求,采取交互式、多元化教学;聘请相关部门工作人员授课,增加课程与实际工作的结合度;根据医院管理岗位素质需求,对课程体系及教学内容进行调整;加强与实习单位的交流、联系,让学生在实习中提升素质。
Objectives:To find out the training needs of different hospital management positions,so as to provide the scientific basis for the improvement of "Hospital Management" teaching.Methods:Investigate 56 students and 84 hospital administrators,finding out their under-standing of training needs of different hospital management positions,the data was input by EpiData software and analyzed by SPSS11.5 sof-tware.Results:The training needs of different hospital management positions are not the same because of the different nature of the work.Cur-rently,the teaching in our institute isn't considered meet the needs of actual work,we need to strengthen the reform of curriculum and the tra-ining model.Conclusion:For the quality requirements of different positions,take an interactive,diversified teaching methods;Invite staff of relevant departments to class,increase the combination of curriculum and the practical work.According to the training needs of different hos-pital management positions,Adjust the curriculum system and teaching content.Strengthen the exchanges with the internship,so that students get training in practice.
