摘要
目的:了解某西藏班初中生心理健康状况,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法:在某西藏班4个年级(包括预科班)各随机抽取2个班,应用中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS),以自填问卷方式对心理健康状况进行调查。结果:发放问卷共392份,回收有效问卷388份,心理问题总检出率39.43%,其中轻度35.05%,中度及以上4.38%。各年级间比较,强迫、敌对、适应不良、心理不平衡因子及总均分存在统计学差异,前2项因子<0.01,后2项因子及总均分<0.05;男女生间比较只人际关系因子女生检出率明显高于男生,存在统计学差异(<0.05)。结论:某西藏班初中生的心理问题总检出率虽相对较高,但初三年级明显下降,说明藏族学生的心理素质较好。
Objective:Understanding the mental health status in junior high school of Tibetan classes to Provide the basis for mental health education.Methods:The randomly selected two classes of four in Tibetan classes(including the preparatory classes),the application of Mental Health Inventory(MSSMHS),a self-administered questionnaire method to investigate the mental health status.Results:The total of 392 ques-tionnaires,388 valid questionnaires,the total detection rate of psychological problems 39.43%,35.05% of which mild,moderate and above 4.38%.Comparison between each grade,compulsion,hostility,maladjustment,psychological factors and the total average balance was signifi-cantly different,the former two factors 0.01,after the two factors and the total average 0.05;comparison between boys and girls only in-terpersonal relationship significantly different(0.05),female students was higher than that for boys.Conclusion:The total detection's rate of psychological problems of the junior high school of Tibetan classes are although relatively high,but third grade decreased,indicating better psychological quality of Tibetan students.
