摘要
针对原料奶中的细菌数量检测问题,依据氧化还原型染料可与细菌产生的还原酶发生反应,使原奶产生色差的原理,利用机理分析建立色差与细菌数量变化的数学模型.根据已有的数据资料,运用统计分析的方法,拟合出色差与细菌数量的变化曲线.可快速方便地检测原料奶中的细菌数量.
This paper studies the detection of total bacterial amount in material milk.The oxidation-reduction dye reacts with the reductase produced by the bacterial,which makes the material milk produce colour deviation.Based on this reaction,a mathematica model is built for the chromatic difference and the total bacterial amount.According to the existing data,the curve is fitted for the colour deviation and the total bacterial amount by using the statistical analysis method.Thus the total bacterial amount in material milk can be detected expediently by the proposed method.
