摘要
以羟乙基咔唑和甲基丙烯酸为原料,采用酯化法合成甲基丙烯酸乙基咔唑酯.对各种影响反应的因素进行探讨,确定了较佳的合成工艺条件:反应温度110℃,反应时间10 h,反应液总质量为11.26 g,反应物摩尔比(甲基丙烯酸/羟乙基咔唑)1.2∶1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为0.3 g,阻聚剂对苯二酚用量为0.035 g.通过紫外光谱(UV-V is)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对产物的结构进行表征.为进一步研究非线性光电材料打下基础.
In this paper,2-(cardazol-9-yl) ethyl methacrylate(CEM) is synthesized by esterification using N-hydroxylethyl carbazole and methyl methacrylate as raw materials.Various influencing factors of reaction are discussed,and the optimum condition of synthesis of CEM is defined: the reaction temperature 110 ℃,the reaction time 10 h,the total mass of reaction mixture was 11.26 g,the molar ratio(MAA/N-hydroxylethyl carbazole) 1.2 ∶ 1,the amount of p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst and hydroquinone as inhibitor 0.3 g and 0.035 g.The structure of the product is characterized by UV-Vis and FT-IR,laying a foundation for further research on onlinear photoelectric materials.
