锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折28例 被引量:4

The treatment of 28 cases of intertrochanteric fractures using locking compression plate internal fixation

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位锁定加压钢板内固定结合复位固定小粗隆治疗股骨粗隆间骨折28例。结果术后随访6~18个月,平均12个月,患肢髋关节功能按创伤性髋关节等级评分标准评定,优12例,良15例,可1例,优良率96.4%。结论锁定加压钢板结合复位固定小粗隆重建股骨矩治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有手术微创、固定可靠、骨折愈合好、并发症少等优点。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of treatment of intertrochanteric fractures(ITF) using locking compression plate internal fixation.Methods 28 cases with ITF were treated by means of open reduction and locking compression plate internal fixation combinaed with the reduction fixation of lesser trochanter.Results Postoperative follow-up on 28 cases of ITF for 6 to18 months,with an average of 12 months,showed that the hips of the affected extremities functioned excellently in 12 of 28 cases,well in 15 and acceptably in 1 case,with good effectiveness rate of 96.4%,assessed according to traumatic hip score.Conclusion The treatment of ITF using locking compression plate internal fixation combined with the reduction fixation of trochanter minor aimed at reconstructing femoral calcar enjoys the advantages of minimally invasive surgery,reliable fixation,good fracture healing and fewer complications.
