摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀对稳定颈内动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效。方法选择64例颈内动脉粥样硬化斑块形成并致颈内动脉起始处严重狭窄(狭窄率>70%,<90%)而接受狭窄段球囊扩张加支架置入的患者。将患者分为两组,治疗组34例,治疗前服用阿托伐他汀20 mg,1次/晚,至少3个月;对照组30例,未服用他汀类药物。于球囊扩张狭窄段治疗后取出保护伞。观察保护伞内有无脱落的粥样物质。结果治疗组收集到的粥样物质人数较对照组明显少,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀可以使颈内动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定,可作为治疗颈内动脉粥样硬化的常规用药。
Objective To examine the clinical effects of atorvastatin on arteria carotis atherosclerotic plaque.Methods 64 patients with carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque formation and caused the beginning of severe carotid artery stenosis（stenosis rate 70%,90%） accept the stricture balloon dilatation and stent implantation in patients were chosen.The patients were divided into 2 groups,treatment group with 34 patients taking atorvastatin 20mg,1 times/night,for at least 3 months before treatment control group with 30 patients not taking statins.In the treatment of stenosis after balloon out umbrella,observed and whether the umbrella off the porridge-like substance.Results The treatment group collected the number of atherosclerotic material and significantly less than the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion Atorvastatin can make the arteria carotis stability,and can be used as treatment of carotid atherosclerosis in conventional medicine.
